I’m the founder of Active4you, a service dedicated to helping newly qualified personal trainers build their careers and grow their client base. My mission is to guide the next generation of trainers, giving them the tools, support, and confidence they need to succeed in the fitness industry. Through social media support, marketing guidance, client resources, and ongoing mentorship, I make sure they have everything I wish I’d had when I first started.
My journey began at the age of 14, when I first stepped into a gym. At the start, I didn’t know what I was doing, but I quickly found my passion and pushed myself to learn. By my mid-teens, I was training five days a week, building not only my strength but also my confidence. When lockdown hit at 16, I had to adapt — unable to get to the gym, I researched and taught myself everything I could about home workouts and creative training methods with limited equipment. That period made me truly fall in love with fitness and the process of self-improvement.
Now, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned — from my early gym days to becoming a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor — and channelled it into Active4you. My goal is to help others skip the trial-and-error phase and give them the right start, so they can focus on doing what they love: changing lives through fitness.

That’s where I come in…
Here’s a bit about me. I am a fitness and sports enthusiast who has experience as an athlete in various sports such as boxing and swimming over the course of 9 years. Upon completing my sports studies in college, I have decided to invest my time and resources into a career as a sports and fitness specialist. With the forefront of my practice being personal training, programming, nutritional advice and exercise science, my passion and goal as a professional is to have a positive impact in people’s lives within the gym and beyond!
My role requires me to focus on individual needs and specifics of exercise, however I aspire to be a personal trainer who can help drive people towards making positive long term changes to their lifestyle and their approach towards exercise, transforming their mindset and bodies in the process. My aspirations as a professional is to specialise as a strength and mobility coach aiding in restorement of movement and helping people experience the rewards of commitment and discipline towards making exercise pain free, enjoyable and being confident in their ability.
I am not here to give you a generic programme, I am here to provide you with an opportunity to shape your training, daily habits, mindset and lifestyle into goals that match YOUR unique needs and requirements.
